Although it seems cliche to say I am the mother of the most amazing little girl and I couldn't be happier, it's true. I have a one year old named Zoe who I absolutely adore. Being Zoe's mom is the best title/job/honor in the world!
I am married to a wonderful man who supports my career, running and parenting goals. We have been married since June 2010 and are enjoying all the things life has to offer us together.
I started as a sprinter in high school, but I have been a long distance runner since February 2013. Although I have many races under my belt, I have yet to conquer the marathon...until this coming August.

I have had the unfortunate luck of experiencing many different forms of running injuries. Be it illiotibial band syndrome (ITBS), hamstring strains, posterior tibial tendonitis, plantar fascitis, and more. Don't be like me and learn the hard way. Let me help you heal quickly and prevent injuries.
